The only thing we can do is race against time, try every means to get ahead of it, do some planning and do some things.
In our past time, there were peers who gave praise, but also peers who gave contempt and hatred. Some people think that we are the barbaric invaders of the industry, but only we know what we are paying. All our employees and brothers and sisters of Yabaite have given their youth, their blood, and they have paid more than other companies. The double hardships and hard work of ordinary people have exchanged the various honors and performances of our Yabaite company today, and have gained a place in the market today. What do we do for, for a belief, a pursuit, to fulfill our oath when we came to Yabaite: "Face the daily sunrise, fight for our youth, fight for the honor of the company." We are vividly remembered. Remember, with tears in your eyes, everyone solemnly swears under the solemn banner that everything we have today comes from everyone's hard work and hard work. Only then can the young Yabaite grow and develop rapidly. Keeping promises is the highest commandment for all our brothers and sisters. I thank you, you are our greatest wealth in Yabaite. I firmly believe that one day we will be recognized by the entire industry, and we will certainly be admired and respected from the heart by our opponents. 2017 is a year full of challenges and hopes. Especially the brothers and sisters who are fighting on the front line, "bring in the wind, go in the rain", fight hard for the common cause of Yabaite, and always do every detail unswervingly for the honor of Yabaite. I believe that every one of our employees is based on honesty, and occasionally some people waver in their minds and get some gray income because of helplessness in life. But I want to say that in 2017, we must not be like this. We must pay more attention to the labor workers and labor teams that are fighting on the front line. Maybe you don’t know that some labor workers from mountainous areas carry the burden of supporting the family of a dozen people. Maybe we think that a few hundred yuan or a few thousand yuan is something great. But for them, it may be the basic guarantee for the whole family's life for half a year or even longer. From this, how I hope each of our employees is a front-line labor worker who loves and respects us from the heart. Everyone is now used to looking up and only looking at the successful people, but you just ignore the most honest and hardworking front-line workers. We must learn to look down, they are the true foundation of our business. Their honest and simple quality is an example for us to learn, because we all grew up slowly from the weak.
2017 will be a year for our Yabaite business to develop more rapidly, and it will also be a year for Yabaite to make progress and advance courageously. We will face many challenges and problems. But I believe that the integrity system, corporate culture and corporate philosophy of the integrity ecosystem that we have built will enable all employees in the system to bravely face the various challenges that will be encountered in 2017.
